ALEX BONYATA
Alex Bonyata is a Nashville-based producer, songwriter, guitarist, and touring musician with over 12 years of professional experience in the music industry. He splits his time between producing and writing out of his Nashville studio and touring with national acts. His work as a producer and songwriter has accumulated over 2 million streams.
Alex began playing piano at age 5 and quickly expanded into guitar, bass, drums, mandolin, ukulele, banjo, pedal steel, and dobro. At 15 years old, Alex was selected for the GRAMMY Museum’s Music Revolution Project, a month-long songwriting and performance program focused on songwriting, collaboration, and live performance. That fall, he began studying at the Music Industry and Recording Arts program in St. Petersburg College, graduating high school with a college degree in music composition and building a foundation in recording, engineering, and music production.
Throughout his career, Alex has worked with and shared the stage with artists including Ringo Starr, Foreigner, Andy Grammer, Austin Mahone, AWOLNATION, and AJR, among others. He has toured throughout the U.S. and performed at festivals including SXSW, Gulf Coast Jam, Gasparilla Music Festival, and 97X Backyard BBQ. His experience as a multi-instrumentalist and touring musician carries directly into his work as a producer across pop, indie, alternative, country, and rock.
Alex is currently based in Nashville, where he owns and operates his recording studio while continuing to produce, write, record, and tour.
